Authrs had plateaued at $35K/month. Meetings came from referrals and founder-led outbound, which meant deal flow was inconsistent, founder-dependent, and impossible to scale predictably.
Authrs ghostwrites books for executives, so the ideal prospect is a leader with a story worth telling. We built a list of senior executives across the US, then went a layer deeper: ex-military CEOs running companies with large headcounts, a segment almost guaranteed to have a book in them. We reached them through multichannel campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn.
An average of 130+ booked meetings per month, sustained across 12 months. Authrs scaled from $35K/mo to $400K/mo. We then helped launch a sister company, Speakers.io, by upselling customers we had acquired, adding $30K in MRR within its first 30 days.
